Admissions are designed to be clear, accessible and supportive. We welcome applications for Grade R through Grade 12 and guide parents through every step — from document preparation and application submission to fee information and final onboarding.
How to apply

Gather Documents
Prepare certified copies of the learner's ID, parents' IDs, school report, proof of residence, and a photograph.

Pay Application Fee
Pay the R600 non-refundable application fee via EFT to Hibberdene Academy (Standard Bank).

Complete Application Form
Fill out all sections of the application form thoroughly with accurate information.

Review Terms & Conditions
Understand the fee structure, payment terms, and withdrawal policies before submitting.

Submit Application
Submit your completed form with all documents to our postal or physical address.
